Bathroom Fans With Heater

When it comes to these types of exhaust fans, you need to take care of several things. I won't go to deep into this, because there is no need. The whole thing is rather simple.

First, make sure that you are capable of installing a bathroom fan with heater by yourself. If you aren't, find a electrician who will know how to do this.

You will need to take notion of the amount of air that ht fan can move. It is measured in Cubic Feet Per Minute or CFM. It is better if the number is higher, since that means that more damp air will be exhausted from the room.

I suggest you take a powerful exhaust fan. Of course, more power equals more money, so you will take your budget into account here. But do not go under 50 CFM in any case. These products are made for areas that already have an exhaust fan and are there just for the show since they can't do any serious work.

You will have to position the exhaust fan in such a way that it vents the air to the outside. Ceiling or a wall, it isn't important, as long as it takes the air outside. Ventilation is a serious business, so do not try to be smart and think that you have some super idea no other technician or engineer never thought about. Do it by the book. If you do not vent your bathroom fan with heater properly, the performance will be lowered severely.

When it comes to the size of the heater, you can choose from 120 to 240 Volt operation. If you choose 240, you will have to do some wiring. If you are OK with it, that's cool. But I suggest taking the standard pf 120 Volt.

Besides heater, you can find these fans with light too. If you have a bigger bathroom, then getting one of each kind would be a smart move. You'll have enough light and ventilation, which will provide you with a great atmosphere and comfort.
